• These are held on a Monday evening once a month at the West Side Tavern, starting at 7pm.  All interested persons are welcome to attend. Minutes will be displayed at the track or ask a Committee Member for more information.
• Any member can nominate to join the Committee throughout the season. We welcome all contributions, big or small, in our quest to provide the best program and opportunities we can for our athletes.

All positions are declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting.  Nominations for positions will be called prior to this meeting.
